- 5-star rating's Wordcloud's main service terminology is "Gel", and whereas all ratings below that are dominated by services such as "Polish", "Manicure", "Pedicure."
- Gel manicure services are generally 2-4 times more expensive than regular manicures
- 5-star rated salons are associated with more luxurious, optional services such as "Wine", "Music", "Cozy", "Tea", "Spa", "Oil", which are mostly words not seen to be present in any other rating categories
